(Reuters) - S&P has revised Senegal's sovereign credit rating outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the country's 'B+/B' long- and short-term foreign and local currency ratings.
S&P said it revised the outlook because it believed the Senegalese government will succeed in cutting its fiscal deficit and carry out reforms that will lead to faster economic growth.
