Floorplans as part of real estate marketing - Zillow Real Estate ...
As an appraiser, I do these for listing agents often, and I charge $75. Im not sure how much others charge. Some people produce a floorplan WITHOUT measurements, as some feel the measurements may be disputed later by the buyer. Either way, I think a floorplan is almost a necessity for a potential buyer...
