To be honest, there are many and different answers to that question but all of them show that getting to know a language can only prove to be (just) beneficial for you. The first and maybe the most important in my personal viewpoint is that languages open proper effort into new cultures, new ways of thinking and understanding the globe around you. It may sound a little too much, but take a 2nd and think about it. Every nation or group of people that speaks a certain language has always a certain code of communication that is hidden in some way within the language. They also have different traditions and ways of perceiving the world around them. I believe I should mention something I just read recently about languages, which was written by George Steiner, he authored that every time a language vanishes in one or another way in the world map, a whole globe dies along.

The second and much more practical reason is that its a great way to enrich your Curriculum vitae whatever is the job you do or that you intend to perform. From a simple salesman or waiter to top professionals an extra language means maybe supplemental income or even more chances for marketing. Ill give you an example, say you work as a secretary inside a company that has commercial relationships with China, and you occur to know chinese. Compare you to ultimately others co-workers of yours who wouldnt know chinese in that company!!!

Ive read many peoples stories of how they met their soulmate through language-learning!!!Incredible maybe?.but language learning may prove to be a great way of meeting new people, making new friends, expanding your sociable circle and why not meet your soulmate!!!Remember that people always feel closer to you if you speak their language?and you will gain their favour and their hearts!!!
